IMPORTANT NOTICE: Bruce Newmedia Products are NOT FOR RESALE.

The following applies to all Bruce NewMedia/Offline Advance products.
Requests for refund will only be considered under the following conditions:

1. 30 Day Refund Only If Stated On Sales Page: If the product sales page specifically states "30 Day No Risk Guarantee"  refund will be processed, subject to any limitations listed below. If product page does not state a guarantee, then none is offered.

Refund Limitations: Refunds Will Not Be Accepted Under These Conditions:

Any products purchased as part of a SPECIAL OFFER/OTO/or UPGRADE are not refundable.

Sorry, no refund requests will be considered or allowed after 30 days from purchase date.

Any purchase made with Amazon Gift Certificates is not refundable.

Any purchase made with E-Checks is not refundable.

2. Non-delivery of the product: Due to an issue with the mail or courier service, or you do not receive a delivery e-mail or link from WarriorPlus, JVZoo, e-Junkie or Paypal.
We may require you first send proof that you have submitted a report to the mail service or courier company describing the missing item. In the case of email delivery or link delivered by email, we will attempt to deliver the file by attachment to an email. We may also attempt to send you a new temporary link for the product.

3. Download issues: If you have problems that prevent you from downloading the main product. We recommend you contact the support team for your browser provider, as our member site and product storage sites all can be accessed using any major browser, and this problem usually arises from a customer's issue with either their browser, firewall, or network.

4. Support Issues:  If you are claiming "product does not work" or something similar, for your claim to receive a refund, you will need to have contacted Support and allowed our team an opportunity to cure the issue first.
Product not-as-described: A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval. To prevent this kind of claim from arising, detailed descriptions of each product are presented on the sales page. Samples of portions of the products are usually available by request. Graphics products such as flyers, have samples displayed on the sales pages, and an actual sample is also available by request. We do not, nor have we ever sold 'Mystery Products'.  We suggest you read the sales page, watch any videos, request/review any samples and ask questions on the thread before you purchase.

In the event you need to make a refund request: please send the reason for the request or send an email to: support@offlineadvance.com and include a copy of your PayPal receipt. Allow up to 24 to 48 hours for a reply/processing.
